Description
Fruity, sweet, fermented fruit compote (pear, apricot, gooseberry)
vanilla honey, malty notes,
kind of slightly earthy/sawdust
with time comes more fruitiness (pears, apples, sour berries again)
no bitterness at all in the nose.
Today the nose is excellent and complex.
