Description
Light pear notes and green, almost grassy tones dominate, some herbs are added and even something maritime is noticeable. Everything is carried by a light malty sweetness. The alcohol is well integrated but appears to be much younger than advertised (more like 10-12 years). The cask was not very active, there is no trace of the sherry on the nose. With water it opens up a little, the pear notes and the sweetness become more intense.
