Stronachie is a mystery single Highland malt bottled by top-quality indie bottlers Dewar Rattray with the aim of emulating the Highland style of 100 years ago. The name is a revival of a lost 19th-century Highland distillery on the Perth-Kinross border, and the palate is described as having sweet woody notes and prominent peat smoke.
