A particularly impressive Tequila here from the Satryna range, which has enjoyed 18 months of maturation in American oak barrels before going through a charcoal filtration, removing the spirit’s colour – but not the flavours imparted by the ageing. It’s got a big ol’ flavour profile of honey, oak and agave, plus a skull on the top of the stopper, which is cool.
