Wine of South Australia.Bin 311 Chardonnay is a multi-regional blend made from grapes sourced from Tasmania, the Adelaide Hills and Henty. These regions are known for delivering a refined, complex Chardonnay style with great finesse. White stone fruit and citrus are complemented by refreshing, mineral acidity. This wine is a modern Australian Chardonnay that is true to Penfolds ‘House Style’. Cool fruits and racy acidity make this a perfect partner for oysters, shellfish or grilled whiting.
