he anticipated 3rd batch of GlenAllachie 21 Year Old comes after a year of celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of master distiller Billy Walker’s involvement in the whisky industry. This sherried single malt from the Speyside distillery was blended by Walker with whisky from three Pedro Xim?nez puncheons. Only 2,400 bottles were produced at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV, with no added colour or chill filtration.
