For each appellation, and in keeping with the characteristics of the vintage, our know-how is recognisable through our experienced blending of “terroirs” and grape varieties and through our careful maturing favouring purity of fruit and silkyness of texture. This wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes, grown according to strict organic principles. The colour is a deep, velvety red, the nose has a generous aroma of plum and cherry and the texture is rich and smooth. Delicious and well-balanced, enjoy on its own or with simple, hearty food such as BBQs, burgers or chicken salad.
