Description
The brand was created in 1896 by a gentleman called Matthew Gloag however not many people know it was actually called “Grouse Blend”. The addition of the prefix Famous came true in 1995.
this bottling is owned by the Edrington group which also has some very successful single malt distilleries – Macallan, Highland Park etc.
