Taking care of the farm is the family?s main propriety so whisky distillation only takes place June to August and November to February.
Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2018 from six First Fill Ex-Bourbon Barrels.
The winter batch release is a Limited Edition of only 1625 bottles in total.
Founded in 2005 Daftmill is developing quite a following, with its light , Lowland style. The small scale production and limited numbers of bottles make this an ideal investment whisky.
