Description
From the UK’s first brandy house, Burnt Faith in London’s Walthamstow, this is made using a combination of Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Blanc grapes. These are then distilled and aged in a combination of four types of cask: Bourbon, Cognac, Cherry Liqueur and Pineau des Charentes. The result is a brandy with aromas of oranges and strawberries, and a palate filled with caramel and marmalade.
