Description
The 2007 vintage is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and enhanced by hand-selected aged Matusalem Aposroles, Amoroso and Marsala casks. Every November, the Dalmore whisky makers visit the distilleries historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, the casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand selected from any one year. The matured Spirit from these casks is then masterfully married to create on harmonious vintage- a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at the Dalmore.
