The Mediterranean “Gin Mare” is made in a custom designed still. Blended with individual distillations of arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary, basil, cardamom, coriander and ginger berries gathered from their own farms and citrus fruits, left to soak in advance for over a year in special large clay jars. After this period it is finally ready.
